The plans
You choose and pay for the plan in Shopify: it appears on your Shopify bill. Prices are in US dollars. Paid plans come with a 7-day free trial.

Included in every plan: stars and reviews on product pages; import from Judge.me or a file, and full export; moderation, public replies and structured data for search engines.
See your plan and usage

Open Shopify Admin › Apps › IFG Reviews › Plans.
What you’ll see: three cards, Free, Grow and Unlimited. Your plan has the Current plan label. Under the price of the paid plans it says “7-day trial. Cancel whenever you like.”. At the top you can choose Monthly or Yearly to see the prices. Further down, the What you have used this month section with two bars: Review requests sent and Photos stored.
When you’ve used more than four fifths of the month’s requests, the page tells you with a notice.
Move to a paid plan
Warning: by confirming in Shopify you accept a paid subscription. After the 7-day trial, Shopify charges the plan’s price on its bill.
- On Plans, choose Monthly or Yearly.

On the card of the plan you want, press Move to this plan.
What you’ll see: Shopify’s plans page for IFG Reviews opens, with the prices and the free trial.

Check the plan and the price, then confirm the subscription in Shopify.
What you’ll see: you’re back in the app and the new plan’s card has the Current plan label.
To move from Grow to Unlimited, or from Unlimited to Grow, press Move to this plan or Change plan on the card and confirm in Shopify the same way.
Go back to the Free plan (cancel)
- On Plans, on the Free card, press Back to the Free plan.

Confirm in Shopify.
What you’ll see: you’re back in the app and the Free card has the Current plan label.
What changes when you go back to Free:
- Your reviews aren’t deleted.
- Reminders stop.
- Emails go back to being sent from the IFG Reviews address; your domain stays saved.
- The month’s requests go back to 50.
What happens when requests run out
We never charge you anything beyond your plan. When the month’s requests run out, new ones wait instead of going out. They’re not lost: they go out the following month, or straight away if you move to a higher plan.
If something goes wrong
The plan button is greyed out and there’s a yellow notice. The app can’t verify your store at that moment. Try again in a few minutes.
“The subscription could not be started”. Try again in a moment. If it keeps happening, write to us from the Support page.
I changed plan but the app still shows the old one. Reload the Plans page. Shopify confirms the plan, and sometimes it takes a few seconds.
