The two plans
Both plans have the same features: only how many images you can convert changes.

Included in all plans:
- the original image is never deleted;
- product gallery, variants and descriptions, pages, articles and collection descriptions moved to the WebP file;
- conversion of the whole catalog in one click, with the page open;
- undo always included: the conversion is given back to you.
How conversions are counted
- Only a successful conversion counts. A failed attempt uses nothing.
- Undoing a conversion gives it back.
- Updates of images already converted (“Update N images” in Convert all) don’t count.
Open the Plans page

Open Apps › IFG WebP Image Optimizer › Plans.
What you’ll see: the title Plans, a Monthly / Annual selector (with “-17%” next to Annual), the Free box and the Unlimited box. Your plan carries the label Current plan. On Free you also read “You have converted N of 100 images.”.
The Monthly / Annual selector only changes the price shown in the Unlimited box. The real choice is made on Shopify’s page.
Move to Unlimited
Warning: Unlimited is paid. The charge appears on the store’s Shopify bill. The free trial applies once per store: Shopify counts the trial days already used in the last 180 days, including before an uninstall. If none are left, the plan is charged from the start.

On the Plans page press Choose the plan on Shopify.
What you’ll see: Shopify’s plan page, inside the Admin. It also shows the free trial that applies to your store.
- Choose Unlimited, monthly or annual.

Approve the subscription on Shopify’s page.
What you’ll see: you’re back in the app. On the Plans page the Unlimited box carries Current plan. During the trial the label Free trial appears with “Free trial until” and the date. Below you read “Billed monthly” or “Billed yearly” and “Images converted this month: N.”.
Change or cancel Unlimited
- On the Plans page press Manage plan on Shopify.

On Shopify’s page choose the other billing period, or go back to Free.
What you’ll see: if the change starts at the end of the period already paid, the app shows “A plan change is scheduled” with the date. For example “Unlimited stays active until …, then the store moves to Free.”.
Images already converted stay converted even if you go back to Free.
Uninstalling the app also ends the subscription: see Uninstall the app.
If something goes wrong
“The current plan cannot be read right now” appears. Shopify didn’t answer. The plans and the button to choose them remain available. Reload the page later.
“Paid plans are not active for this app yet” appears. For now every store is on the Free plan.
I’ve used up the 100 conversions of the Free plan. The images already converted stay in WebP. To convert the others, move to Unlimited.
