IFG WebP Image Optimizer
- User guide
Every screen of the app explained step by step, from installation to undo. Start here if you have never used the app.
Shopify app by IFG eCommerce for converting store images to WebP while preserving the original files and keeping storefront references intact.
Development status: the app is currently in development and is not yet publicly released.
How it works
The app creates a WebP copy of each eligible image and updates reachable Shopify references to the new file. The original image is not deleted, so existing external links and integrations that still reference it continue to work.
