Prices are in US dollars (USD). Billing is handled by Shopify, on your store invoice. Paying annually costs about 17% less than twelve months.

How the free trial works
- The Grow and Unlimited plans have a 7-day free trial.
- There is one trial per store, starting from the first subscription request.
- If you change plan or subscribe again, you pick up the days you have left. Once the 7 days are used up, a new subscription is paid straight away.
- The plan card shows how many days you have left: “7-day free trial”, “3 of 7 trial days left” or “Free trial already used”.
Move to Grow or Unlimited
- Go to Apps › IFG Returns › Plans.
- At the top, choose Monthly or Annual.

On the plan card, click Switch to Grow or Switch to Unlimited.
What you’ll see: Shopify opens the subscription confirmation page, with the price and the trial days.

Confirm the subscription on the Shopify page.
What you’ll see: you return to the app. The new plan is active immediately and its card shows “Current plan”.
Warning: by confirming, Shopify starts a paid subscription that renews automatically every month or every year, until you go back to the Free plan or uninstall the app.
Switching between paid plans, including from annual to monthly, takes effect immediately.
Go back to the Free plan

On Plans, on the Free card, click Switch to Free.
What you’ll see: the window “Switch to the Free plan?”.

Read the notice and click Confirm switch to Free. Cancel changes nothing.
Warning: the paid subscription is cancelled immediately and paid features are no longer available. Requests you already received stay in the app. You can reactivate a plan whenever you like.
Cancel completely
To stop paying, just go back to the Free plan. If you uninstall the app, the subscription also ends: see Uninstall the app.
Troubleshooting
I confirmed the payment but still see the old plan. Reload the page after a few seconds.
My plan’s button is grey. It’s the plan you already have: the card shows “Current plan”.
