Changelog
A running record of what’s new and improved. The app is updated frequently as we refine the returns and EU withdrawal-rights workflow.
1.0.4 — October 10, 2026
Added
- A “Guide” button on the Overview page, top right, opens the step-by-step guide in a new tab, in your admin language when a translation exists (English, Italian, German, French, Spanish) and in English otherwise.
Changed
- In Help and resources, the button that takes you to the module setup steps is now called “Install the module” (it was “Open the guide”), so it is not confused with the new Guide button.
1.0.3 — October 9, 2026
Fixed
- Sending a test reminder email from Settings is now checked against your plan on our server too: automatic reminders stay an Unlimited feature, as the Plans page says. Nothing changes if you are on Unlimited.
- Messages in the case detail (for example “confirm receipt of the goods before refunding”), the refund confirmation email sent to you and the case rejection confirmation now appear in your admin language instead of always in Italian.
Changed
- If your admin is not in Italian, the column headers of the Returns CSV export are now in your admin language. Column order and cell values do not change; if you import the CSV elsewhere and match columns by their Italian name, update that mapping. With the admin in Italian nothing changes.
- German admin: all texts now use the formal “Sie”, and the data processing agreement is called “AVV”. French and Spanish reminder settings and emails have their accents back.
1.0.2 — October 9, 2026
Fixed
- Confirming receipt of returned goods is now checked against your plan on our server too, not only in the app screen: it stays a Grow and Unlimited feature, as the Plans page says. Nothing changes if you are on Grow or Unlimited.
- The message shown when a feature is not in your plan is now in your admin language.
1.0.1 — October 8, 2026
Fixed
- The Returns page now opens correctly when loaded directly or reloaded.
- The case detail window closes with Close, the X and Esc.
- Return reminder emails show the order number once (no more “##”).
- The Plans page now states correctly that removing the IFG eCommerce attribution from the form is part of Grow and Unlimited.
Added
- The admin language can follow your Shopify account language (“Automatic”, the default for new installs).
- An optional email field in the Support page suggestion form, so we can reply to you.
Changed
- The attribution under the storefront form is now a small 24×24 px IFG eCommerce logo instead of the “Designed by IFG eCommerce®” text, as required by the Shopify App Store attribution rules. It can still be switched off on Grow and Unlimited.
- Dates, amounts and percentages follow your admin language (e.g. 02/10/2026, 17:17 and 244,00 €).
- Overview and Returns use the same counters and the same table columns.
- Clearer wording (“withdrawal” for the legal procedure), icons instead of emoji, consistent status badges.
1.0.0 — October 3, 2026
From today, version numbering starts again from 1.0.0. Nothing changes in how the app works, in your plan or in your billing. The app includes:
- An EU withdrawal form on your storefront, where the customer enters name, order and email.
- Automatic check that the order number and email match your Shopify data.
- A confirmation email sent to the customer after each request.
- A Dashboard to view and manage every return request.
- On the Grow and Unlimited plans: one-click refund from the app and an Analytics page with return charts.
