What the app does, in three sentences
IFG Returns & Withdrawals adds a form to your store where customers in the European Union can exercise their right of withdrawal online, without an account and without emailing you. The app checks that the order and email are real, sends the customer an acknowledgment of receipt, and shows you every request in a tidy list. From there you approve or reject the request and, on the paid plans, refund it without leaving the app.
Who it is for
It is built for anyone selling online to private consumers in the European Union who wants a “withdrawal button” that is always visible on the site, as European rules require from 19 June 2026. You don’t need to code: everything happens with clicks in the Shopify admin and in the theme editor.
Note: the app helps you handle withdrawals, but it is not legal advice. Decisions about deadlines, exclusions and refunds remain yours.
