Scontrik user guide

Scontrik keeps the original of every receipt, invoice or warranty on your iPhone. It reads the document on the phone and fills in merchant, date, total and currency only when it finds them written on it. Whatever it can’t verify stays To check, and you decide. Then it helps you find a purchase in seconds and not miss the end of a warranty or a return period.

It is made for anyone who buys things and wants to keep the proof safe: appliances, phones, furniture, online orders, invoices you need to keep. You don’t need an account, and you don’t need to know anything about technology.

The recommended path

1. Read Before you start to see what you need. About 3 minutes.

2. Follow Download and first launch. About 5 minutes.

3. Save your first receipt with Add a receipt or invoice. About 2 minutes.

4. Confirm any doubtful details with Check the “To check” details. About 2 minutes per purchase.

5. Add a warranty with Warranties, returns and reminders. About 3 minutes.

One thing to know right away

Your receipts stay on your iPhone. Scontrik doesn’t upload them to the internet and has no account. The flip side is that Scontrik doesn’t sync your data between devices: if you lose your phone without a copy, your receipts are gone too. To keep a copy, read Export, back up and restore.
