Glossary
At a glance
- What you get
- Understand every word in the guide without looking it up elsewhere.
- Time
- 2 minutes
- Proof
- Any document you save in Scontrik to show a purchase: receipt, invoice, sales slip, warranty card.
- Original
- The proof file exactly as you saved it, before any reading. Scontrik never changes it.
- Purchase
- The page Scontrik creates for each proof, with the details read, the warranty, the return period, the documents and the history.
- Verified
- A value Scontrik found written on the document.
- To check
- A value Scontrik couldn’t verify and asks you to confirm or correct.
- Confirmed by you / Edited by you
- A value you accepted or typed yourself. It counts more than any automatic reading.
- Smart reading
- Reading that uses Apple Intelligence on the phone, on iPhones that support it. Without it, the app reads the text only («Basic»).

- Open case

- Reminder

- Claim pack
- A PDF that gathers the details, history, original proof and documents of a purchase, to send to the store or the manufacturer.
- Fingerprint (SHA-256)
- A code calculated from the original file. If the file changed even slightly, the code would be different: it shows the file hasn’t been altered.
- Valid format
- For VAT number, tax code and IBAN: the check digit is correct. It doesn’t say who the seller is.
- Net amount
