Before you start
Billing goes through Shopify: the subscription appears on your store’s Shopify invoice, in US dollars (USD). The app never asks for a card.
Every order is recorded on every plan. Your plan decides what you can view and download, never what gets recorded.
The three plans

Annual billing costs about 17% less: on the Plans page it’s marked -17%.
The monthly order limit
The limit applies to each month separately. If a month goes over your plan’s limit, that month can’t be viewed until you upgrade. The orders stay recorded and other months stay viewable. On a limited plan you’ll see a counter below the period, for example “12 orders out of 20 viewable on the Free plan”.
The free trial
- Grow and Unlimited come with a 7-day free trial.
- The trial is available once per store.
- If you cancel and resubscribe within the 7 days, you keep the days you haven’t used. After that, the subscription starts as paid right away.
The plan card always shows your store’s situation: 7-day free trial, Free trial still available or Free trial already used. Shopify shows the exact number of days on its approval page.
Switching to Grow or Unlimited
- In the app menu, choose Plans.
-
At the top, choose Monthly or Annual.
What you’ll see: the card prices switch between month and year.
-
On the card of the plan you want, press Switch to Grow or Switch to Unlimited.
What you’ll see: Shopify opens its approval page with the price and any trial days.
- Check price and billing period, then approve the subscription on Shopify’s page.
Warning: approving starts a recurring paid subscription, monthly or annual, charged by Shopify on your store’s invoice. When the trial ends, billing starts automatically.
What you’ll see: Shopify brings you back to the app. The new plan’s card shows Current plan and gets a coloured border.
From Grow you can move to Unlimited the same way. Shopify asks you to approve the new price.
Note: on the same plan you can’t switch from monthly to annual from this page: your plan’s card shows Current plan in both views. To change only the billing period, contact support.
Going back to Free (cancelling the subscription)
- In the app menu, choose Plans.
-
On the Free card, press Switch to Free.
What you’ll see: the window “Switch to the Free plan?”, explaining that your subscription will be cancelled and you’ll move to Free right away.
- Press Confirm, switch to Free. If you change your mind, press Cancel.
Warning: the subscription is cancelled immediately and from that moment you lose the paid plan’s features (for example export and automatic sending). All takings and refunds already recorded stay.
Uninstalling the app also ends the subscription: Uninstalling the app.
If something goes wrong
I see “We couldn’t start the subscription. Please try again shortly.” Shopify didn’t open the approval page. Try again in a minute. If the banner shows an error detail, copy it into your support request.
I see “We couldn’t switch you to the Free plan. Please try again shortly.” Cancelling didn’t work. Try again in a minute: until it works, the paid plan stays active.
I approved on Shopify but the app still shows the old plan. Reload the page after a few minutes. If it doesn’t change, contact support.
