Before you start

You need to have completed the first run: Installation and first run. The Overview fills up when the first paid order arrives after installation.

Opening the Overview

  1. In the Shopify admin, open Apps › IFG Registro dei Corrispettivi.
  2. In the app menu, choose Overview. It’s the first page that opens.

What you’ll see: the title “Overview” and the line “Register of daily takings — Current month”. Below is a blue box with two permanent notices.

The two blue notices always stay:

Below the notices is the box with the app’s name, your plan, the Register active badge and two buttons: View register & revenue and Export for your accountant. On the Free plan both buttons are grey, with Grow → next to them, which opens the plans page.

Choosing the period

The starting period is the current month.

  1. In the Period section, press one of the three buttons: Today, Month or Custom.
  2. If you pressed Month, choose Current month or Last month in the Range menu.
  3. If you pressed Custom (Grow plan), choose From / To (choose dates), Last 7 days or Last 30 days in the Range menu. With From / To, fill in the From and To dates.
  4. Press Apply.

What you’ll see: the line below the title and the numbers on the page update to the chosen period.

Note: on the Free plan the Custom button has a lock. If you press it, the Period and range views box appears with a link to Grow instead of the menu. Today, current month and last month are always viewable.

On Free and Grow, below the Apply button you’ll see the month’s counter, for example “October 2026: 12 orders out of 20 viewable on the Free plan.” When you get close to the limit, the text changes colour.

Reading the three numbers

Box What it tells you
Takings — (period) The total taken in during the period without an invoice, net of refunds. Today’s takings are shown below.
Orders recorded How many orders went into the register. Below you see how many were excluded because invoiced, or “No order excluded”.
Needs review How many orders have amounts to check. If it’s zero you’ll read “No anomaly detected”. If it isn’t zero, the number is red.
  1. To see the list of the period’s orders, press View details → in the Orders recorded box.

What you’ll see: the “Recorded orders” window opens with day, order number and amount. Refunds are in red. An order paid over several days is marked “in N instalments”.

  2. Press Close to go back to the Overview.
  3. If Needs review isn’t zero, press Go to Revenue → (Grow plan) to open the orders to check. On Free you’ll see Revenue from Grow → instead, which opens the plans page.

The two tables at the bottom

At the bottom of the page a reminder says the app transmits nothing to the Agenzia delle Entrate.

If something goes wrong

I see “No orders recorded yet”. No paid order has arrived since installation. Orders are recorded once they are paid in Shopify: check the order’s payment status.

I see “Monthly order limit reached”. The month you’re viewing has more orders than your plan lets you view (20 on Free, 100 on Grow). The orders are still recorded: upgrade to see them. Other months remain viewable.

A red banner says “We couldn’t read this month’s takings…”. It’s a temporary error. Reload the page in a moment.
