The two plans
Both plans include every feature. Only the number of active boxes, meaning boxes on sale at the same time, changes. Drafts don’t count.

With annual billing you save about 17% compared with twelve monthly payments: the app shows it with the “-17%” label next to Annual.

Prices are in US dollars. You choose the plan on Shopify’s page and the charge appears on your store’s Shopify bill, with any taxes Shopify applies.
The free trial
Unlimited has up to 7 free trial days before the first charge. The trial applies once per store: Shopify counts trial days already used in the last 180 days, even before an uninstall. If none are left, the plan is charged straight away. Shopify’s plan page shows the trial that applies to your store.
Upgrade to Unlimited

Go to Shopify Admin › Apps › IFG Build Your Box › Plans.
What you’ll see: the Free and Unlimited cards, the Monthly / Annual switch and, on your current plan, the “Current plan” label.
- Select Monthly or Annual to see the price for the period you prefer. This only changes what the page shows.

Select Choose the plan on Shopify on the Unlimited card.
What you’ll see: Shopify’s plan page for this app.

Choose Unlimited and the billing period.
Warning: from here the plan is paid. Shopify shows the amount and the trial that applies to your store before you confirm.

Confirm on Shopify.
What you’ll see: you’re back in the app. The Unlimited card has the “Current plan” label and, if you’re on a trial, “Free trial” with its end date, for example “Free trial until October 15, 2026”.
Change period or go back to Free
- Go to Plans and select Manage plan on Shopify (or Settings › Plan › Manage plan).
- On Shopify’s page choose the other period, or the Free plan, and confirm.
When a change starts at the end of the period already paid, the app shows the “A plan change is scheduled” panel, for example “Unlimited stays active until October 31, 2026, then the store moves to Free.”
Note: if you go back to Free, boxes that are already active are not switched off automatically. To publish a new one you’ll need to get back within the 1 active box limit by moving the others to draft.
Troubleshooting
The Plans page says “The current plan cannot be read right now”. Shopify didn’t answer. The plans and the button to choose them remain available. Reload the page shortly.
I chose Unlimited but the app still shows Free. Reload the Plans page: the app reads the plan from Shopify again.
I can’t publish a second box. Free allows 1 active box. Upgrade to Unlimited or move the other box to draft.
