Terms of Service

These terms describe use of IFG AI Chat before and after public release. Shopify Billing governs paid subscriptions; the app does not create contractual promises on behalf of the merchant.

Billing and trial

The 7-day free trial applies once per store. If you cancel and resubscribe within those 7 days, you keep the days you haven’t used yet; after that, the subscription starts as paid straight away.

AI answer accuracy

Price and availability shown by the bot are verified at answer time: precontractual information, not a guaranteed promise.

Third-party trademarks

IFG AI Chat is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by WhatsApp LLC or Telegram FZ-LLC. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Governing law

Italian law applies, with jurisdiction in Rome where legally permitted. Mandatory consumer rules remain unaffected.
