Legal
Terms of Use
Last updated: 2 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Scontrik app, published by Francesco Guiducci, Italy. Unless we state otherwise, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. (EULA)
What the app does
Scontrik helps you keep the originals of your receipts and invoices and, where it can verify them, reads details such as merchant, date, total and currency. It never fills in a value it cannot verify: doubtful values are marked “To check” for you to confirm or correct.
Your responsibility
Automatic reading can be wrong or incomplete. Please check the values that matter to you. The information in the app, including warranty dates and reminders, is for your convenience: it is not legal, tax or financial advice, and it does not replace the original documents or the terms of the seller or manufacturer. We are not responsible for a warranty claim you miss.
Free and Pro plans
The app has a free plan and an optional Pro subscription. Pro is billed by Apple; the price and length are shown before you subscribe. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple ID settings. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end unless you cancel before. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Restore purchases is available in Settings.
What you have already saved stays available to view, share and export on every plan.
Your content
You own your documents. We do not claim any rights over them and we do not receive them.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app for unlawful purposes or to store content you have no right to keep.
Availability and changes
We may change or discontinue features. We will try to give notice of material changes and to keep export available.
Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
