Licence

Sudoku Unbound is licensed to you, not sold. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA). The short terms below add details specific to this app; they do not replace the Standard EULA.

Free version and Pro

• The app is free to download. Classic 9×9 at Easy and Medium, Mini 6×6 at Easy and Medium, the Daily Challenge, hints, notes and statistics are free.
• Pro is an optional in-app purchase that unlocks Classic 9×9 at Hard, Expert and Extreme. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: nothing renews and nothing is charged again.
• The price is shown by the App Store in your currency before you confirm. There is no advertising in the free version or with Pro.

Payment, restore and refunds

Apple processes the payment through your Apple Account. Pro stays available on the devices that use the same Apple Account; use Restore purchases in the app's settings if it does not appear on its own.

Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase is refunded, the Pro levels lock again. Saved games and statistics are not deleted; a saved Pro game can be continued once Pro is active again.

Content and updates

Puzzles, texts, sounds, graphics and the app's design belong to IFG eCommerce or its licensors. Updates are delivered through the App Store. We may change, improve or remove features in later versions.

Warranty and liability

The app is a recreational logic game. We provide it with care but, to the extent the law allows, without warranties beyond those set out in the Standard EULA and by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
