Getting started
Not yet on the Shopify App Store. The app is live and running; this page describes the setup flow — see the Changelog for progress.
1. Install and connect your store
Install the app from the Shopify App Store and grant the requested permissions — read access to your orders, so the app can build your daily register from real order data. The app does not request access to your customers’ personal records.
2. The app reads your orders automatically
Once installed, the app watches your Shopify orders and builds a daily register broken down by VAT rate (22/10/5/4%), automatically:
- Excluding orders that were invoiced at checkout (VAT number, tax code, or SDI code present) — these belong in your invoicing records, not the corrispettivi register, to avoid double-counting VAT.
- Handling OSS sales, non-taxable transactions (art. 8), and VAT-exempt transactions (art. 10) correctly.
- Recording refunds as same-day reversals — never backdated, in line with the immutability principle for closed daily records.
3. Review your register and reconcile
From the app’s dashboard you can review the daily and monthly register by VAT rate, and use reconciliation to compare your Shopify revenue against the register and your invoiced sales — with alerts on discrepancies, so mismatches surface before they become a problem at filing time.
4. Export for safekeeping
When you’re ready, export the register as PDF/A and CSV/Excel, ready to hand to your accountant or long-term storage provider. The app does not perform digital signature, timestamping, or conservazione sostitutiva (electronic archival to CAD standards) — those remain your accountant’s or storage provider’s responsibility.
